Little error's you notice

Ok, so I thought about creating this thread for all the little things which need to be adjusted and Tex is not receiving the same bugs 3 or 4 times. If you also notice small errors on this forums, post them here and don't bother Tex. I'm sure he will look in here and fix the stuff posted one after another.

I've noticed 2 things by now.

* Normal users can't upload an avatar *FIXED*
* The avatar limit should be a bit higher than 80x80 and 19.5kB (But that's just my personal opinion) *FIXED* Now 150x150 @ 500 KB

* The Notice's on the Shoutbox need to be updated with the new URL
