General Rules
The rules of PWForums.net are simple and easy to follow. We expect you to adhere to these rules on the forums. Failure to do so will result in action being taken against your account.

Flaming
Do not flame other users. Treat users as you would like to be treated.
Trolling
Do not post inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages on PWForums.net, either in the forums, shoutbox or chat room with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.
Profanity
Excessive use of profanity is prohibited. Profanity in thread titles is NEVER acceptable.
ornographic/Nude Images
Images and video depicting nudity and pornography are permitted.. Examples would be, nude pictures of divas or sex tapes, etc.
Images depicting nudity should be attached to a post using the "Manage Attachment" button located in the Additional Options area of the "Post New Thread" or "Reply to Thread" page. They should [b]NOT[/b] be inserted into a post using the [IMG] tag, with the exception of the signature which using the [IMG] tag is permitted. If the images or video is a link to an external site, the link should be listed as follows:
[CODE][HIDE]Link to media here [/HIDE][/CODE]
In addition, you should select the 
post icon whenever your post contains this type of material.
Images and video depicting child pornography and beastliality are NOT allowed.
Bumping
No bumping of threads. Bumping is defined as making a post in a thread with the intent of moving the thread to the top of the forum. The only exception to this rule is in the Support Forum.
Double Posting
Do not double post. If your post was the last one in a thread, utilize the edit button if you need to add additional information to your previous post.
Off-Topic Discussion
Please make your threads in the appropriate forum for the subject that you wish to discuss. In addition, do not take current topics off-topic. If you have a legitimate topic of discussion, create a new thread in the appropriate forum. In addition, you are required to select the appropriate icon to identify your thread. For example, if posting in the WWE forum about the Smackdown brand, you would select the 
icon. If no appropriate icon is available, then you are free to choose one of the generic icons or none at all.
Advertising
Advertising of any kind is prohibited. This includes in posts, shoutbox, chatroom and personal messages, and signatures and avatars. Users found violating this policy will be immediately banned. In addition, you are asked to promote the forums and assist in getting your friends to sign up and we routinely have contests promoting such behavior. That said, please take the time to familiarize yourself with the rules on other forums and websites before advertising PWForums.net.
Copyright
Do NOT post audio, video, images, text or other information that you do not own the copyright to or have been given authorization to do so.
Moderators
If you disagree with the decision of a staff member, you should contact that staff member via Private Message to discuss it further. If unsuccessful, you may contact an Administrator if you need additional assistance. Remember, when contacting staff, treat them as you would like to be treated to avoid any possibility of conflict.
English Only
This is an English Only forum, except in forums and chatrooms specifically targeted at non-English speaking members. In non-English forums and chatrooms, the language of that forum or chatroom is the only acceptable language.
Spoilers
Spoilers of events, matches, etc. are allowed. There is no time frame following an event to which you can not discuss publicly in the forums, shoutbox or chatroom. If you wish to append a warning to your thread topic (i.e. *SPOILER* etc.), you may do so but this is not required.
Avatar Guidelines
The following guidelines are in place for use of avatars.
Dimensions/Size: Must not be larger than 150 x 150 and over 500 KB.
Signature Guidelines
The following guidelines are in place for use of signatures.
Dimensions/Size: Must not be larger than 500 x 150 and over 500 KB.
